Brief Description

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has invited online applications for the Junior Assistant Main Examination 2025. This recruitment is for a total of 2702 vacancies (2568 General Selection + 134 Special Selection) in various departments under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Only those candidates who have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2023) and have been issued a valid score card are eligible to apply for this main examination. Candidates with a zero, negative, or absolute score in PET-2023 will not be shortlisted.

Note: This is only the online processing fee. Candidates shortlisted for the main exam will have to pay a separate examination fee before downloading the admit card.

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025)

Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories of Uttar Pradesh as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Qualification

  • Must have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2023).
  • Must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized board.
  • Typing Speed: Hindi - 25 WPM and English - 30 WPM.
  • CCC certificate in computer operation from DOEACC society or an equivalent certificate from a government-recognized institution.

Preferential Qualification

  • Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, OR
  • Obtained a 'B' certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

  2. Login using your PET-2023 registration number via Personal Details or OTP.
  3. After login, your personal details from PET-2023 will be auto-filled. You need to fill in your educational qualifications.
  4. Your photo and signature from PET-2023 will be auto-displayed. Click "Continue".
  5. Fill in other details and agree to the declaration.
  6. Pay the online processing fee of ₹25/- to complete the application process.
  7. Take a printout of the final submitted application form.
